Trina Cooper grew up in Seattle Washington. She went on to study and to complete her BFA at the Kansas City Art Institute.

She received a MFA from UC Berkeley
and a Visualizations Studies Master’s degree or a MCS from Texas A&M
University.

Trina Cooper went to Malaysia for a year as a Fulbright scholar where she taught at Universiti Technology Malaysia.

Trina Cooper has shown art work both nationally and internationally. She currently works teaching in the Visual Communications College at AIU and lives in Seattle Washington with her family.
